Good ideas need somewhere to live.

For founders and leaders with a good idea and nowhere solid to put it. I help you build what holds it up: the brand, the message and the way your week actually runs.

Good ideas don’t fail in the meeting. They fail the month after.

Most teams don’t lack ideas. They lack somewhere to put them once everyone’s back at their desks.

Decisions that don’t stick. A room agrees, everybody leaves, and nothing changes.

Teams that keep starting over. The same problem gets solved again every quarter.

People running on empty. The work gets done by burning out the people doing it.

None of this needs another strategy deck. It needs the boring bits built: the routines, the habits and the brand that hold it all up.

A brand people can explain

Decisions that stay made

Routines that run without you

Work that doesn’t burn people out

Ideas that survive the calendar

I used to think the hard part was the idea.

It isn’t. Ideas are cheap. What’s rare is something that keeps an idea alive once it meets a calendar, a budget and six other people’s opinions. The longer story’s on my About page.

Writing, mostly. There’s a book from 2014 called Explore, and another one in progress.

Where we’ll work.

01

Identity

What you stand for, said plainly enough that your team can repeat it.

02

Operational Empathy

What it’s like to work with you, and for you, on an ordinary Tuesday.

03

Craft

The care in the details people touch, from the first email to the finished thing.

04

Resonance

Whether people actually feel it, come back, and bring someone with them.

More about the framework

Two parties, linked. Neither above the other.

Two ways in.

Advising

I work with you directly on brand, positioning and how your week actually runs.

ShapeThree to six months, with a session every two weeks or monthly, and review in between.

FeesScoped on a call.

Creative operations

For teams who keep starting over. I help you set up the routines and tools that make good work happen twice.

ShapeA six to twelve week sprint, with a working session every week.

ForSuits growing teams whose workflows keep breaking.

FeesScoped on a call.

Advisory is my own offer. Sevenality, my studio, builds whatever needs building. Meet Sevenality

Career and creative advice

Before you ask.

We already have an agency or a team. Why add you?

A room agrees on something, everybody leaves, and nothing changes. That gap is the work. I don’t replace your agency. I help your team close the distance between agreeing and doing.

How is this different from consulting?

Strategy is what you present. Infrastructure is what’s still standing when nobody is presenting. I build the boring bits that keep an idea alive once the meeting’s over.

How much of my time does it take?

Two to four hours a week. That’s for decisions, reviews and getting the routines in place.

Who will I work with?

Advisory is my own offer. Sevenality, my studio, does any build work that comes out of it. You work directly with me.

What happens when it ends?

The test is not whether it works while you are running it. The test is whether it survives you leaving.

Is what I tell you confidential?

A mutual NDA is standard on all advisory work.

Start a conversation.

A strategy to sharpen.
A team to unblock.

I’ll reply within two working days.
