Leadership Needs No Title

Day 21 of 365.

You never know who you’ll be inspiring by just showing up.

To be a leader you really don’t need a title.

You don’t need to be a hero either.

All you need to do is show up. Consistently.

And give value.

As much value as you could possibly give.

You never know who is watching you put in the work.

You also never know who is gaining the motivation they need to get started.

The less you stop over thinking things is the more time you’ll have to make a positive impact.

Sure it’ll be tough at times but you’re tougher.

Dig in and tap into the creative good you posses.

Focus on what you can do.

Focus on being a better you.

Lead by the example you set and let that direct the rest.
