Growing Pains

Posted on

The thing about pain is that it must by felt, it doesn’t care about who it manifests itself through, or how long we try to ignore it. Pain will demand your attention. The worst part is that it works closely with fear.

Yet not all pain or fear is bad and in most cases, they can be used as indicators of good. These feelings are testaments to what we’ve been through and guides to the things we must learn to overcome. Pain allows us to focus on a particular problem until it has been solved, while enabling us to quickly find solutions that will transport us beyond our gloom.

As we tap into the inner spring of creativity, all things won’t be gold.

We’ll go through moments where things may seem pointless. These moments, if continued, would surely be our demise. However, it is within this moments that our focus shouldn’t be on so much on our pains or fears. The focus should be on how much stronger we’ve become.

Do what you can with what you have.

We didn’t come all this way just to give up.

Constantly we’re reminded just how short life is and just how little time we have to accomplish all that we’d like to. That should never stop us from doing anything. What we sow today will be the things we reap tomorrow.

Today may not turn out the way we want it to, but it doesn’t mean tomorrow things won’t be better.

What will you do today to make your tomorrow’s better?
